This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is great - just off the main A38 Devon to Cornwall road and only a short distance from Saltash town centre. It's perfect for exploring the Moors or visiting Plymouth. The staff here are friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process hassle-free. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a big comfy bed that ensures a good night's sleep. The attention to detail is impressive, with thick fluffy towels in the bathroom and a shower that provides a refreshing experience. Plus, the prices are incredibly affordable, offering great value for money.

Easter was a lovely experience. the rooms were spotless clean and equipped with comfortable beds and fresh towels. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. There was also a popular fast food restaurant conveniently located in the building. the staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating.

Disliked the fact that we had to pay for wifi after the first 30 minutes. the walls seemed a bit thin, as we could hear some noise from the hallway.
